Shipping Policy

1. Video Proof Required – Please record a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel. This video serves as proof for return requests.
   • Returns without a submitted unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Returns – You may return your order if:
   • The item is damaged upon arrival
   • You received the wrong product
   • The order is incomplete
3. Non-Returnable Items – For hygiene and safety reasons, used products and items without original packaging cannot be returned.
4. Return Process –
   • Send us a message on Facebook Page, Email, or Phone with your unboxing video.
   • Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return process.
5. Refunds or Replacements – Once your return is approved, you may choose:
   • A replacement item
   • Or a refund (if applicable)
